Returns & Replacements

Because all our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected by the customer
• Wrong color selected by the customer
• Customer no longer wants the product

Eligible for Replacement/Refund

We offer a replacement or refund only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a defective product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product has a printing or manufacturing defect.

Return Request

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
